After experiencing their second straight losing season in 2023, the Tennessee Titans<\/a> fired head coach Mike Vrabel and replaced him with up-and-coming offensive guru Brian Callahan, who\u2019s worked throughout the offseason to help general manager Ran Carthon to help build a competitive roster.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n With that in mind, here are three more moves the Titans should make this offseason to get back to contending for a playoff spot.<\/p>\n Sign free-agent safety Justin Simmons<\/strong><\/p>\n After trading All-Pro safety Kevin Byard last season, a hole opened up in the Titans secondary \u2014 one that still hasn\u2019t been filled. The Titans could move former third-round pick Elijah Molden from cornerback to safety to fill it, or they could just sign a proven playmaker who still happens to be looking for a new team.<\/p>\n
